Charlie Lake is a Co-Founder and Director of LakeRidge Solutions Ltd, responsible for financial control, compliance, and supporting the company’s strategic growth, particularly within its IT and technical delivery offering.

With over 21 years’ experience in the IT sector, Charlie has worked across defence, secure, commercial, and data centre environments. This breadth of experience gives him a strong understanding of project delivery and enables him to shape commercially robust, practical solutions aligned to client objectives.

Charlie plays a key role in developing LakeRidge’s service offering, driving growth through efficient, innovative, and client- focused delivery solutions. He provides oversight across project pricing, design assurance, and project management within the IT division.

Adopting a proactive and collaborative approach, Charlie is known for his commercial awareness, adaptability, and problem-solving ability, consistently supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
