David Aldridge – Director
One of the founding directors of LakeRidge Solutions, David brings extensive experience from both the client and contractor side of construction and construction services with a specialism in healthcare.
David spent the greater part of his career working for a number of private healthcare providers including Priory Group and Elysium Healthcare, overseeing regional construction projects in the south of England and Wales. The complexity of projects in the healthcare sector and understanding the client’s perspective drives David’s focus on the end-user experience and outcomes, delivering on the demands of innovative design and budget-led decision-making.

Charlie Lake – Director
Lakeridge Solutions co-Founder, Charlie Lake has over 19 years experience in the IT structured cabling and construction industry. Charlie’s experience spans small to multi-million pounds projects in the commercial, higher education, nuclear and defence sectors. No stranger to delivering multiple projects at the same time, Charlie is driven by working to high standards, customer satisfaction and the desire to learn.

Having frequently worked with nuclear and defence clients, Charlie is adept at managing campus-based and multi-site projects and has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements for high security, high profile and complex environments.
